The most cultivated grape variety in Sicily, it always strikes for its extreme aromatic and gustatory freshness. With a bright straw yellow colour, it presents notes of white peach, pear and broom on the nose. On the palate it is medium-bodied and is characterized by mineral notes and a pleasant final freshness.
